Katt Min is Chief of Staff at Nomikos, where she partners with the executive team to drive strategic execution, operational coordination, and organizational alignment as the company helps push AI from experimentation into real-world adoption. She works closely with leadership to translate priorities into structured plans, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure teams move with clarity and speed through the company’s most important stages of development.

Katt’s work centers on building the operating system behind execution: establishing high-cadence operating rhythms, phase-based delivery models, and decision frameworks that keep complex efforts on track. She plays a connective role across product, go-to-market, and operations, reducing ambiguity, surfacing dependencies early, and ensuring accountability and follow-through—so critical initiatives translate into shipped capabilities and measurable outcomes.

At Nomikos, Katt supports initiatives spanning product readiness, pilot and deployment coordination, internal systems, and external partner execution. She brings a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach focused on lightweight process that accelerates delivery rather than creating overhead. Prior to Nomikos, she supported senior executives in fast-moving environments, contributing to executive operations, program coordination, and internal process development during periods of change and growth. She is known for discretion, structure, and operational clarity—helping leadership intent show up consistently in day-to-day execution.
