Mike Olsson is a product and innovation executive with 18 years of global leadership delivering enterprise platforms, digital transformation, and AI-enabled workflow systems in complex, regulated environments. As Chief Product Officer at Old Country AI, he leads product strategy and execution for Nomikos, translating legal-team needs into a roadmap built for trust, scale, and real adoption.
Mike’s career has centered on building workflow products that enterprise users rely on every day—systems that are intuitive in the front office and rigorous behind the scenes. He brings deep experience designing platforms that satisfy demanding stakeholder requirements, including security, governance, and change management—critical when legal teams need alignment from IT, compliance, and the business.
Previously, Mike worked at UBS as Managing Director, Head of Product, spanning both the Investment Bank and Global Wealth Management divisions. There, he led globally distributed teams across multiple product areas delivering large-scale productivity tools, research platforms, and AI-enabled workflow systems used by tens of thousands of professionals across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. Through his advisory practice, Channelside Innovation, he has also partnered with growth-stage software companies—especially in fintech and professional-services AI—helping teams build AI-native products that can succeed in regulated markets.
